Close cooperation with referring and follow-up care doctors is very important to us. Only by working together can we create the best possible conditions for our patients' sustained recovery.
Insurance and benefits
Tariff agreements are in place with most Swiss insurance providers. This also applies to flexible products in the private and semi-private categories.
Our clinic is open to patients with basic insurance who live in the cantons of Zurich or Thurgau, as well as those from other cantons who have the insurance rider "general ward throughout Switzerland". Patients from other cantons without the insurance rider "general ward throughout Switzerland" can be admitted if they cover the difference themselves between their home canton's reference tariff and our applicable tariff.
Patients requiring inpatient psychiatric treatment due to an accident reported to an accident insurer (e.g. SUVA) can be admitted. This applies to all insurance categories (i.e. basic, semi-private and private).
Time permitting, we obtain cost approval from the insurance provider before the patient is admitted. If anything is unclear, we handle the necessary clarifications.
